JOOAN IpCam - Chinese

Hello
I am using a JOOAN IPCam dual 2K WiFi (W8-U -
It is recognized as a GENERIC ONVIF, RTSP H.264, and both video channels WORK WELL and also the PTZ and other controls work well but only in its APP (for Android: CAM720)
In BI the two video channels are very visible, while unfortunately I have problems using the PTZ which in BI ... DOES NOT WORK !!!!
I have done quite a few tests using some of the drivers of other brands among those available in BI (.... there are too many to try them all) but without positive results.
Do you have any suggestions to understand how to make the PTZ work
