Unable to receive push notifications

Hi!

I used to have everything setup correctly. But suddenly push notifications stopped working.
The interesting part is that I can no longer accept push notifications when adding a new server. (Tried to remove and re-add my server)
The following page in the "add wizard" is impossible to progress from, without pressing "skip". Pressing "continue" just flashes the screen, but does not advance.
I used to be able to do that, and a friend of mine still can...

Any ideas on what might be the issue?
I can receive push notifications from other apps just fine...

What is your phone? iOS users still push notifications, but almost Android users don't get them.

oh, so this is a general issue for Android users?
Anyone working on updating the app?

I have an android 12 phone.

But I just updated the app, new version was released yesterday (17:th of September) but the issue persists...

Ken just updated BI to 5.9.8.0 to address this. Have not updated yet, but will in 1 min. Don't forget to update phone app also.

Looks like it has experimental automatic ptz following as well. Let us know if it fixes Push.

Have been getting the push notifications.. sometimes has a image attached sometimes not.. todays update didnt fix the issue..

Back door 9 minutes apart one push notification has image attached one doesn't. none of the others cameras in the back sent a image right now, but my kid was in the back yard earlier playing and i was getting images left and right...

everything was working fine until google did whatever they did and broke it.

Per Ken, I deleted all Mobile Devices on BI server, uninstalled the BI phone app and reinstalled, then reboot phone, then re-enable Mobile Devices on the BI server. Make sure phone has all the correct permissions for notifications. Right now all 5 of my Android Pixel phones are getting low latency notifications again, all the way down to Android 8.1 devices. I did notice some small changes to the BI app menu after reinstalling app, so you cannot do just an update. As far as pics, I never got pics of triggers for years. I use sms notifications with pic added. Most people use Pushover app for trigger pics. Thanks for all of Ken's help!

I had forgot to update the BI server. My plan had expired...

Just now purchased an extended support and updated to 5.9.7.4 and everything seems to be working again :)

(With both new server and new app)
