Hello
I would like to receive alerts from my cameras (photos) on my email address but I can't configure blue iris to receive them, could someone explain to me how to do all this

Hi, I'm assuming you mean you want Blue Iris to SEND email Alerts. See the link for the online BI5 help file in my signature below, and:
1. Page 231 shows you how to set up your email server details. Test it.
2. Page 174 shows you how to use that email server to send yourself a message from a camera.
3. Ask any questions you like until everything works

In my post above I mentioned my "signature" which is the text below my post. Click on the "Help file" hyperlink to open it:

The other option is to find the Help file in Blue Iris General Settings/ Get Support/ Help Documentation/ Open.

The version that my hyperlink opens will be the latest version of the Help file as it is on the Blue Iris web site. If you are not using the latest version of BI5, then the version in General Settings will match your BI5 software.
