Blue Iris

Hello,
I am currently experimenting with Blue Iris 5 after setting up my camera and NVR before making a purchase. One of my cameras (Amcrest) has transitioned to black and white, unlike the others that are displaying in color. I am unsure of what caused this change or how to get it back to color.

Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Can you view it in another app to make sure it really is b&w ?

It sounds like a camera setting, or a faulty camera.

Check your camera setting in the camera web page and make sure it is set correctly, and see if the camera image is correct when looking at the camera directly!
