App not logging in (iOS)

Hi,

I’ve been using the BI app for years without issue however I had a power cut a few days ago and since then the app won’t log in. I’ve tried both with the phone on the local wifi and cellular connection with the same results. I can access the ui3 on both the phone and laptop using a browser so the connection is there (at least on the local network). How does the app connect compared with a browser?

In the app I’ve removed and re added the server then used the licence key to generate the LAN & WAN IP’s.

The only issue I can see is when I run the remote wizard I get a cross on the remote access test page. I would still expect the app to connect via the LAN connection when in WiFi though?

Just trying to figure out if I’m troubleshooting one or two issues.
