Critical Alerts Stopped Wroking

My critical alerts stopped working on my IOS phone. I get the alert and the image, I just don't get the audible critical alert part. Must have been an update? I noticed that the UI changed a little, when I went into my alert settings, it was set to High, as apposed to "CRITICAL" which should override mute and do not disturb. It used to be a checkbox, now it is a dropdown listbox as attached. Maybe it does not work anymore. I am on 5.9.7.4 09/11/2024.

I suggest updating to v5.9.8.2 as there may be ongoing incremental changes. If that doesn't fix it, please let Support know.

Thanks for the advice. I usually only update critical or highly stable updates. But this fixed the critical alerts for me.
