session has expired

keep getting this error every time i login session has expired and kicks me out sometimes it loads fine i select a camera and session expired and it kicks me out
i update to latest version and hasn't been of no help it was working fine for log time and not Brower or device depended tested with family devices as well

i have simple setup basic security user'pass nothing crazy

i had it also with only non lan devices no help either

So BI5 is working normally on the server, but you can't log in to it from other local devices with UI3 ? That sounds very similar to this thread from three years ago. Unfortunately we didn't get to resolve it as the OP disappeared.

I would usually suggest deleting cookies etc in the browser, but you say this is happening on multiple devices with different users so that can't be it. What happens if you set up a new user in BI5 for UI3 to log in to ?

My settings work well here with UI3 running on Win11 pc's, android phones and FireOS:

looks like deleting & creating the user login does solve issue weird uh
