Blue Iris

Hello all!

Quick question: The camera (Dahua) streams a very steady 30FPS to BI, however UI3 and RTSP output from BI for whatever reason is very inconsistent and rarely stays at 30FPS. My main client/need is having OBS Studio get a feed from BI. Will often dip to 20-25 despite adjusting as many settings as I can think of, but perhaps I'm not hitting the right balance.

Update: I figured out that it was the Receive Buffer settings in the cam itself (I had it initially set to 7MB and dipped it down to 2MB)

Looks a lot more stable, however if the camera smoothly pans (via joystick) past a large building or lots of elements, I'm still getting down to 10FPS or so. Wondering if there's a balance there with buffer?
