PTZ stopped working in BI But works on my phone

Not sure if this is connected with the recent update of 5.9.9.0 or not, but in the last week or so the PTZ stopped working. I can still control the camera with my phone with a different app, so the PTZ on the camera is working as it should.

Hi, the usual thing is to try the previous version of BI5 to see if it works there - then let Support know what you found. Do you have BI5 set up to retain previous versions ?

It depends if you have set up BI5 to retain the installation files:
- retain.png (44.24 KiB) Viewed 2282 times
If you have, then these files will be in the Windows BI5 folder which in my case is: C:\Program Files\Blue Iris 5\Updates
- updates.png (97.1 KiB) Viewed 2282 times
You do have to delete the oldest files manually occasionally, but they can be reinstalled simply by double clicking on them.

So I went back to Release 5.9.7.4 and there was no change. Still cannot control the PTZ at all.
