Blue Iris Events Stopped Working

I had Blue Iris successfully recording IsTracking events from my sunba camera for the longest time. It has stopped recording those.

I have searched here and the web and tried what seems to be everything suggested, so far.
i have added the camera again and 'find inspect' multiple times.
i restored cam and BI to dates i know it worked.
i can verify BI sees the events i want to record in both the BI 'configure events' window and ODM, they are enabled on all profiles.
i have reinstalled BI and even tried a clean install, (clearing registry and directories).
Onvif Motion events work fine.

literally 8+ hours later and I am at a total loss, PLEASE HELP.
