BlueIris.exe keeps restarting every 5 seconds

I've noticed that in my app I couldn't see camereras, sometimes I could see the recordings (actually it seems always), but live not anymore.
I've checked on the PC and I've noticed that the process BlueIris.exe starts using about 50MB and it grows in 5/10 seconds to 2GB and then it disappears to come back at about 50MB and so on.
I can't open the UI, and I don't know the version (other than 5).
I didn't change anything on the PC, it's been up for abut 2 months.
I've restarted and installed some updates just do check, but nothing,
What could it be?

What version of Windows?

x86 (32 bit) or x64 (64 bit)?

What hardware?

Is it a dedicated PC or Server for BI or do your kids play on it and browse the internet?

Any antivirus / spyware / malware apps on it?
