Hi everyone,
I’m currently using Blue Iris version 5.9.9.6 with UI3 for viewing my cameras. While the desktop software gives me perfect clarity and smooth playback for multiple camera feeds, I’m facing an issue when viewing through UI3—either locally or remotely. The images appear blurry unless I click on an individual camera feed, at which point the clarity is restored.
So far, I’ve tried the following to resolve the issue:
Adjusting the quality settings via the gear icon at the bottom right of the UI3 interface.
Increasing the “Dynamic group max resolution.”
Unfortunately, these changes didn’t improve the overall image quality on UI3. I’d appreciate any guidance on which other settings I should modify to achieve smooth, clear picture quality similar to the desktop experience.

UI3 uses the substream when not looking at a single camera, you would have to adjust the substream resolution etc to see if it gives you what you want, just beware that it will then use more bandwidth which may cause other issues!

Hey
I am currently using RTSP on all my cameras. I am using eufy cameras that do not support a substream They only transmit in one RTSP stream. Any other ideas why these are blurry on UI 3? The mainstream for these eufy cameras is in 1080p.
