Connect wireless camera to BI VIA Cell VPN

I want to connect a wireless camera using a hotspot on an android phone to my home network server with BI. I am going to create a vpn connection from my cellphone to my home network. Has anyone done this or can anyone provide some guidance on the best way to do this? I basically want to create a mobile camera connected to BI via an android cell phone. What I am trying to accomplish is to set up a surveillance camera in the woods where I have cell phone connectivity. I know I need power, that I can handle.

I have not done this but i suspect it is very doable; does you router have openvpn, then set up the openvpn server. you should be able to load the openvpn client on an android phone, then turn on the hotspot for you phone and connect the wifi camera to the hotspot.
