Push notifications not working to IOS

I've used BI before and had push working before so I'm familiar with how to set it up.

1. Firewall turned off
2. App installed on phone and settings put in. Logging in works fine
3. Enable push on the device in the server settings
4. Set alert on camera to do push notification
5. Click test button . nothing happens.

No idea what could be wrong.

Yes, I just installed and everything is working except notifications. Appreciate if you could let us know what fixed it?

Isn’t there an update of BI every year that updates the iOS certs or whatever which is required to get notifications.

So although you don’t need annual support in place to keep running the version of BI that was available at around the time that your support expired you do need it to be able to run an updated version if the iOS certs expire.

Everything was installed as a new user so don't see certs being the issue. Looking over everything exhaustingly by default I believe it was the "Trigger sources and zones" was unchecked. Been making many changes getting this spooled up to a base line to begin fine tuning so I may be wrong on what did it.
