Bosch NDI's Keyframe Issue

Hello all, I've been having some keyframe issues with my two Bosch NDI cameras. when using Direct-to-disk encoding my keyframe is always under .30 in BI.
Attached are my settings on the camera itself, I cannot figure out why the keyframe Is so low. TIA

Are you seeing the actual 25 FPS in BI on that camera?
If the camera is not delivering 25 fps, but still sends i-frames every 25 frames, you will see a lower i-frame ratio.

correct, I am seeing 25FPS on BI for the camera. Oddly enough after tweaking some settings, changing the stream profile from HD balanced, to HD Image optimized. Seems to have fixed the issue.

If all else fails, reboot everything. I've been amazed at how many things that has fixed !

BI reports any I-frame interval above '1' as an incorrect decimal equivilent of what it actually is. An I-frame interval of 2 seconds is indicated as .5 and so on...., at least in my version 5.7.4.2.

Can anyone explain this -- logically?
