AI misidentifies a region as a Person. How do I configure BI to avoid these false alarms?

Here's a snippet of the incorrect AI identification.
Blocking out that part of the detection zone works, but isn't ideal since if a person stands there, they'd be 3x the height of the misidentified area, and I would like to be notified in that case.
I can't get my head around how to use Static Object Analysis to ignore ONLY these co-ordinates when identified as a person, but not cancel an alert should a person or any other object be detected in another part of the frame.
