weird issue with new reolink cams

hi all, I have a weird problem going on. Right now I have 2 Reolink cams ( RLC-820A) attached to BI. Got them on Amazon in September and I had no issues connecting them. I bought 2 more (same model) and I can connect to them via the browser interface for Reolink, but I cannot get BI to see them at all. It doesn't matter if I type in the IP or let the wizard search, it still doesn't see the Reolink cam. I am comparing the 2 I have working to the 2 I am trying to get working and I don't see a difference. Im on BI version 5.9.9.8 x64

Any help would be appreciative.

Never used Reolink cameras, but have you checked to see if they are running the same firmware! When you use the find/inspect button, is the result that is displayed the same for both the working and non working reolink cameras?

Firmware and build are identical, which leads me to believe this is a BI problem.

I'm an idiot didn't open the ports. problem was the user.
