ReoLink Video Doorbell - 2 Way Audio via BI Mobile App

I have purchased one of these and no issues with Video and sub-stream feeds. I can also receive audio via the BI mobile App just fine. However, the microphone button on the BI app is not enabled (cannot make it green color) when I am in camera view.
Haw anyone seen/resolved this issue? BTW I have set the ONVIF port to 8000 as it is on the camera itself, but BI turns it to 80 when I click find/inspect. I any case manually setting it to 8000 did not make a difference.
