Upgraded Iphones now blue iris will not connect on one

My wife and I recently upgraded our iphones. For some reason her new phone will not connect to the blue iris server, I have deleted the app, created a new user and its not working. I can connect via the browser on her phone and login, just not the app.
Any ideas? Thanks
Iphone 15 with Blueiris 5, My new phone had no issues.

Does it work if you copy your user settings to her phone ? If not I suspect it is a phone issue.

The settings are identical from her phone to mine. It works via her phone browser so it can't be a network issue.
Im using blue iris 5.5.8.2, It looks like I can go up to 5.7.6.8.

It started working the following day, not sure what happened.

We are experiencing exactly the same issue. I upgraded my iPhone and my husband has my old one. We reset both to factory resets before setting them up. My iphone is working exactly as it should with the Blue Iris App, but the Blue Iris App on his phone (my previous iphone 13) is not connecting

Everything is set up in the Server Settings on the App correctly. We can continue to access Blue Iris from his iPad and all our other devices. Am hoping that if we sleep on it we will have the same success you have had! If you did find out what resolved your issue I'd love to know. Thanks, Sam
