Export/Convert clips - where to see the queue in main app?

The export clip queue view seems off when viewing through the web view. It shows the whole queue but then seems to clear once the first export is done. Maybe due to an error but not sure.

Trying to see the equivalent queue in the main app view. Anyone know how to find it?

Maybe the 'queue' is only required for the UI3 Export/Convert operation due to bandwidth considerations?

If you want to time-warp (5x playback speed) it still takes time to reencode. It has to be somewhere.
