Mobile App Not Working With iOS 18.2

Has anyone been able to connect after updating to iOS 18.2 ? It was working fine in 18.1.1

FWIW, if I disable Wi-Fi I can then connect via 5G, but obviously, I don't want to disable Wi-Fi. I called Apple, but they don't care much about Blue Iris, and I was told that there is no way to fall back to iOS 18.1.1.

If it makes any difference, Safari can connect to the Blue Iris machine on the LAN (via UI3) just fine.
