Web server isn't responding

This morning, I could connect to the BI web server, but at some point today, access ceased. I can no longer access the UI3.HTM page (or any other page). I'm getting a time-out.

If I log onto the computer running BI, and go to http://127.0.0.1:81 I do get the login page, so I know the web server is working, at least locally. But, I can't log onto the BI web server from another computer on the same network (using a local IP address) or from a remote computer, using the external IP address.

I've re-started BI, checked for updates (there are none), and rebooted the computer. I also updated windows to v1903 (was on an earlier version). Nothing I've done has changed anything.

Appreciate any thoughts on this!

I figured it out - somehow, the settings for Blue Iris in the Windows firewall changed. I rarely ever even look at that computer, so I'm not sure how that happened. But, once I changed the firewall settings for Blue Iris, I was able to access it once again.
