Can't export videos anymore (from webinterface or from the Windows UI)

Hi there,
Up until a very short time ago, I used to be able to simple right click any clip in the web interface and select "Convert/export" in order to export it as an mp4 file. Now I just get a popup "Snapshots are not exportable. You may simply download them instead".
I can however right click and "Download Clip", which downloads the BVR file (but that's not what I want).
When I right click a clip in the actual Windows UI, and select "Convert/Export..."), I get an error (in the actual clip list on the left side) saying "Error: source missing".
But the source is definitely there, I can play the bloody clip. And I can save it as a BVR.
Is this a new feature/bug? Am I doing something wrong?

Small update: I can export a video from the Windows UI by playing a clip, and then right click the clip (in the big window that's playing it) and selecting "Convert/export...".
When I try the same thing in the web UI, I get the "Snapshots are not exportable" message.

Which BI version?
Maybe the DB needs rebuilding?

The version is 5.9.9.23 (22.01.2025).
I just upgraded to 5.9.9.24, which released on 30.01.2025. This SEEMED to fix the problem, because I was able to export 1 video. However, when I try to export a second video (or the one I just exported, a second time), I get the same error message again.
So then I went and tested some more: Every time I restart the Blue Iris Service, I can convert/export exactly one time.
I'm not sure if that's what you meant by "rebuilding the DB", but I did "Run DB repair" in the storage section of the settings, and that did not fix anything.

I think "snapshots are not exportable. You may simply download them instead" means that you are trying to create a video from a static Jpg image. That would fail every time.
So what IS happening here ? Are there any valid error logs ?

In the screen shot you are showing, it shows Alerts. I don't know if an Alert can be exported per se, as they can be linked to a snapshot image, depending on the settings.
I always use the main UI3 window to export: right click, set start, set end, click Export, and it downloads the MP4 to my PC. Works every time. Maybe try that?

As I said, this way of exporting was perfectly possible until a short while ago. And it still is possible, but only exactly once after restarting the service.
It's very odd.
