I just upgraded to a new computer and Win 11. Installed BI5 on the new machine and now cannot figure how I had it recording at night when I put the Displays to sleep. I would like to 'sleep' the computer AND displays and have the cameras continue to record to my external drive during the night. If that is not possible, then at least sleep the monitors while recording.
On the older machine, running Win10 , I could just use a PowerShell Cmd to 'Close Monitor' , which put the monitors to sleep, but the cameras kept recording 24/7.
Can someone give me some ideas of where to start on fixing this so I do not have to manually turn monitors off, of leave all running full speed after bedtime?
How do I keep BI recording video when I put the displays or computer to sleep?

1) you cannot have the computer sleep and still record.
You can sleep the displays.
Windows power management has separate display and computer timers.
Let displays go to sleep after x minutes and computer to never sleep.

As pointed out above computer can’t go to sleep but you can run BI as a service and put the monitor into power save.
On my system I run it headless so no monitor, mouse or keyboard plugged in and I RDP into it when I need to.
