BI glitches after selecting camera

I’ve got 12 ip cams setup using BI. I have a single camera that when selected, that camera freezes when the screen is opened/ maximized. I’ve deleted the camera, tried several versions of BI, used the generic and Dahua RTSP. I’ve got another camera identical to this one and tried using the same settings. I’m using H264 with 15fps. The cameras gui works fine. I’m not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

I suggest cloning the working camera, then changing the IP, username and password to the problem camera settings. That should prove if it's BI5 or a camera issue.
