New Annke WZ520 cam - PTZ + 20x zoom

Hello

I recently bought an Annke WZ520 camera. It is a 3K WiFi cam with PTZ and optical 20x zoom.

Looked promising on the paper but this cam is tiers cloud app dependent. I am trying to make it working with BI and need your help.

This cam seems to be manufactured by Meari. (Model: Bullet B5QE)

I succeeded in getting the video stream under BI and, thanks to BI support, to identify ONVIF port.

The PTZ function is almost working : up, down, left, right, IR on/off but that's all. Preset call is not working (even if preset are recorded in the cloud app before) and, most important for me the zoom in/out is not working.

Could you help me trying to get it working please ? If you have ideas on how/what
