Blue Iris

Hello, I have been struggling to figure out why the motion alerts have stopped working, audio is only one that was alerting.
I am using Blue Iris V5 and have extended service enabled until 2026.
So today I just downgraded from 5.9.9.43 (2025-04-24) to version 5.9.8.5 (2024-10-03).
I am running on a Dell computer with I7 6700 64G Ram using built in video graphics, C drive is a 1TB SSD and the storage drive is a 4TB Purple Drive for Surveillance that has been working fine for several years now, until the latest updates.
Not sure what else I can provide for info, or should I submit a ticket for support or is this a recent issue with work arounds?
I decided to try degrading as the latest upgrades show enhancements to Motion Detection so figured downgrading was my last try, and it worked, everything is working as it was.

I wonder if they have removed something. I use to use Gaussian detection, but moved to Simple with DS and CPAI.

I've have a similar issue where now I have to put all the sliders to the left most position and reduce the make time to below a second to get close to what I had before.
