App connection issue

Hi, I seem to suddenly have an issue where the iOS app won't connect if I'm on wifi (away from home) but if I disconnect from wifi it connects just fine. Any ideas? This only seems to have appeared as an issue in the past week or so. Thanks!

That's beyond weird, as your WAN address is clearly working. Was the not at home wifi allowing you access to other parts of the internet ? I'm just wondering if it was a commercial wifi with restrictions.

This used to happen to me when I was disconnected from my home Wifi - when I was on the phone carriers (Cricket) Lte. Sometimes it would take several attempts to connect - sometimes not at all.
Whatever is going on, it's working now for me just fine when I'm on Lte.
