IP camera connection problem

Hello,


I am looking for a solution and cannot find - help is possible.

I bought the camera

And can't connect it to the software.
1. I downloaded the ONVIF Device Manager software
2. I found the address -rtsp: /x.x.x.x: 554 / onvif1
* The software looks really nice and everything is fine but,
I copy the address to Bule iris does not have all the settings you can move the camera and also have occasional disconnections.

I don't have an interface on her site - to work with her I need the yoosee app


(I bought another similar camera but first dealt with this)

Confusing. You have rtsp in the ip address and also say it's ONVIF. Just use the IP address.
Did you make sure the 'Discovery/ONVIF Port' field has the same port #?
If your using RTSP, make sure the 'RTSP port field ihas the same RTSP port # the camera is using.
