Cheap PTZ IPD-D53L02-BS series

I have one cheap PTZ camera on my system, the others are Dahau.
I am running BI 5.
The PTZ is a IPD-D53L02-BS series Aokwevision that I purchased from AliExpress.
The camera seams to work fine and I can control using BI, tilt,pan,zoom all work.
Here is my problem.
I have tried to set up presets for position using BI. As long as I don't change the preset # or Name/value it will move to the selected position. The problem is that when it reaches that position it will not focus.

Is there a setting I am missing?

I've not got a ptz with optical zoom. Is there a setting on the cameras own menu for manual/autofocus ?
