IP banwidth goes to 150g / day after install BI with local storage

So - this was a mistake on my part. I also installed rclone and winfsp on the same day. Really wish I could delete this post!
Hate to join and ask for help same day but I do plan to stay and will try to help out too.
Please suggest what else I can do.
I’ve been trying different options to run my 7 two MP cameras. Really like BI but the day I installed BI and the two days after I had almost 1 TB of usage at my IP. Since then it has been a steady 150 GB per day. The cameras are all on local IP addresses and the storage is local. I did have SmartPss and DssEzpress installed previously but no noticeable amount of network bandwidth was used
I’ve done numerous virus scans and and no issues have been found. I’m currently going to find somewhere else to download a windows ISO and the BI software plus 3 other programs we use and then reload the machine.
Once that is complete I will bring just the WIn PC back on the network and watch the data usage at the router add one new device every 12 hours or so. With 25 wired devices this will carry into the next billing period which is a big risk. I am told Cox will forgive one month only. After that it’s $20 per 50gb overages.
Also the router only shows me packet transfer count on wired and wireless and total Mbyte xfr. Will be looking for better router soon!
