Updated to latest Version and now it won't start

I update to the latest version of Blue Iris just now and now it won't open anything up but flash the splash screen for a few seconds. The process disappears from the process list entirely. I tried restarting. I then tried running repair and then restarting. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting, and it still won't work!
I don't have any corrupt files that I'm aware of, I ran a disk scan and got no errors.

Any ideas here guys?

Is this a BI4 to BI5 update, or BI5 to latest ?
