Lost Picture

Hello. Got black photos on bluiris 5 now but on phone I can see pictures nice, some tips ??

Hi,
Are you saying the BI5 pc screen only shows blackness for each camera, but the phone app shows correct motion images and recordings ? I did have that once on one camera, where I had accidentally zoomed in too far.
