camera won't trigger

I have one camera that suddenly won't trigger either 'automatically' or if i right click and go to 'Trigger Now'
There is a white 0 with red surround which looks like an Inactive profile number (screen shot attached)
but as far as i can see everything is set to Profile 1... screendump at : http://thefarmgarden.co.uk/Snap3249.jpg

That's the inactive profile # 0. Go to BI 'Settings/Profiles', and you'll see it in the list.

You somehow managed to set this one camera to profile 0. You'll need to somehow set it back to the default 1 profile.

Okay problem was in the general Tab where Profile 0 had been selected I changed the selection in the Amazon Echo Control drop down, changed the Profile selection to 1 and then changed the Amazon Echo Control back to 'No'
and all fine again now..
