Web front end delay of 30 seconds to a minute

Hi Everyone

I need help in diagnosing an issue with my web client (using ui3) where the delay of the feed can be as much as a minute.

Setup:

• Windows server 2012r2
  16gb memory
  4 x processors
  Vmware
  Ton of disk space and the swap drive on a different partition
  2 x gig network cards
  Cameras on a dedicated vlan and dedicated nic
  Using version 5.0.9.2
  Cameras - 10 and i use reolink cameras

On a reboot, this resolves the issue for a little while, but the delay starts shortly afterwards.

Where should i start looking at first?
