I have to chime in and say the current state of support from Blue Iris is garbage. They take your money, but they give you SH1T service.
I know I have been told it is a small operation, maybe 2 people... however, that is not a ME problem, its a THEM problem.
If you take a customers money, deliver the service and support.
This is RIDICULOUS.
