Hi, I've noticed for some time now my automation for Telegram notifications of alerts stopped working.
I've traced the problem to BI, server upload tests come through, image files upload no problem, but the size is 0 bytes.

I've tried to upload manually through filezilla - no problems, file sizes are correct.

Could you please advise what can be the cause?

You don't mention the version of BI5. Can you re-install it or update it ?

I thought I'd try here first to see if someone is having issues too and found a workaround.

Sorry, forgot to mention the version - im running the latest (5.7.9.6).
I'll try re-install first, then contact support.
